Return Policy

GRAFENO STUDIO LLC RETURN, REFUND & REPRINT POLICY

At Grafeno Studio LLC, we strive to provide high-quality design and print products. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we are happy to assist you within the guidelines of our return, refund, and reprint policy.

Policy Updates

​

We reserve the right to update this policy without prior notice. Any modifications will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Please review this policy periodically, as the version in effect at the time of your order will apply.

Quality Guarantee

​

We guarantee that our printed products will be free from defects in accordance with industry standards. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance, via writing email.

​

Reporting an Issue
​

If you believe your order is defective or does not meet your expectations, you must notify us in writing within six (6) business days of receiving your order. Failure to do so within this time frame indicates that the order was received satisfactorily, and no reprint or refund will be issued.

Upon receiving your request, we will assess the issue within five (5) business days and determine if a reprint or refund is appropriate. Additional information may be requested to process your claim, and failure to provide such information within a reasonable time may void your eligibility for a refund or reprint.

Resolution Options

​

If we confirm that the product is defective or does not meet our obligations, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Reprint the order with rush production at no additional cost.

  • Issue a full refund for the original order price.

We may request that you return the defective merchandise before processing a refund or reprint. The return address will be provided by our Customer Service team.

​

Return & Refund Process

​

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned product.

  • If a reprint is approved, production will begin within one (1) business day of receiving the returned product or as otherwise agreed.

Non-Refundable & Non-Reprintable Situations

​

Refunds or reprints will not be provided in the following cases:

​

  • Orders that are refused or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Errors in customer-submitted files, including misspellings, incorrect design elements, low-resolution images, or incorrect formatting.

  • Color variations resulting from the conversion of RGB or Pantone files to CMYK.

  • Products that do not match exact color or ink density expectations.

  • Orders that are canceled after production has begun.

  • Customer dissatisfaction with material or finish, unless the product description guaranteed specific attributes.

Additional Notes

​

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs before approving them for production.

  • If unsure about a product's printability, we recommend ordering a sample before placing a bulk order.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the original order and does not cover indirect or consequential damages.
